Antique-looking silver (?) bracelet with language that looks like numbers to me

This bracelet is antique looking or from long ago. It is exotic with a language written on it that I just cannot pinpoint. I am not sure it is from around India or from around Vietnam or somewhere like that. It has what looks like two lapis lazuli in it with filigreeish decoration or design. Inside of it looks dragonish to me. Not too heavy and not too light. Looks like it doesn’t turn black which is good. The letters in this language seem to be more copper like than what the rest of the bracelet are made of.
