Antique/Vintage Porcelain Bisque Doll

Not sure how old she is. I have had her for about 32 years. I found her in a barn way back then! There are no markings on it and cannot find one like it anywhere online. Seems to be hand painted face. 12" tall. Head, hands & feet are all porcelain. Body is stuffed cloth. Hair is a cap type. It is a bit dirty from the years of storage.
