Bought this in antique store in Texas. The elderly owner said it was bought for her in England when she was young and was an antique then. Silver and she said Ruby but not sure if they are garnet? Rubies usually aren’t set in solid backing. They are beautiful and secure.

This is an antique, no one - even my jeweler using his loop can make out what it says. I do know it’s from England.
