Antique silver filigree brooch pin flower

Gorgeous large filligree brooch featuring a center flower. The entire pin is filigree, uncertain of material, probably sterling (no marks that I can find). There is some rust/patina on the back side. It's about 2.5" x 1.5". It's quite old, probably 1930s or older.
