Lovely large and very old. I think they use these clips for the Ruffles on the front of their blouses? Can be put on a hat or on a collar. rhinestones look all intact. Nice piece of jewelry. It's a tiny bit over 2 inches

vickisueellison @juliannaam I added another picture. As in my listing I give dimensions It's a couple of mm over 2 inches but basically 2 inches. It's very unusal n lovely.Thanks for yr liking.

vickisueellison @farahgiovanna have no idea? Most likely stainless steel? Very old I don't know what they made them from back then but the stones are rhinestones if it was Sterling I'd be asking a lot more it's a very unique piece and like I said very very old Thanks for liking
