Antique men’s brooch or unisex with sm clip back in 24 Kt gold on trim & ship

Nautical navy blue snd white and majority in gold and gold back. Never turned in decades bc it’s gold. Looks like a crown or something on back see photos. Very nice and rare! I might have 2 from my dad and can list other if I find it
