Antique leather framed, signed postcard, Street in Jerusalem. by B Mayor

Print is antique, previously owned, and shows signs of use and age. Postcard/print has been preserved within the frame. Leather frame is showing the most wear with some very small areas of damage (see photo). I can't quite read the signed date, 1930?
