Antique gold rimmed Limoges plate

Antique gold rimmed Limoges tea cup plate set. The cup and saucer aren't marked but have the same pattern as the bigger plate, marked in green TV Limoges France 1917 which I believe to be the manufacturing date. The big plate measures 7 inches wide smaller one 6 inches wide and the cup 2 inches tall and 4 with handle. All in excellent vintage condition with no damages or repairs.
