Going with the hallmarks on this piece it was created between 1885 and 1890 Francis Parsons. The hallmarks are for England, Exeter, the dates and Queen Victoria.
I am not sure what the symbol is on the top of the bottle. However, I am suspicious of this may have been part of a communion set. The inner closure is cork, and the top is also cork. This may have contained wine. With the Christian symbols on the arm, pointing to the star, it may have been something relating to this. I was not able to find any information on the symbol on the lid.
I tried to show some of the markings on the glass because there are some scratches and flea bite type marks, although none are severe, and they are very typical for the edge. Overall, it’s an amazing piece for the age!
