Antique cherub wall plaque

Near as I can tell this is NOT Majolica. There are some broken leaves but it is hard to notice. ( please look closely at pictures) All of the fingers and toes are intact which is rare. The pale color behind the cherubs is a pale lavender-ish /pink-ish.
