Antique ceramic pincushion Made in Japan

Very cute antique made in Japan ceramic pincushion. Girl in blue dress and bonnet with raised dots. Hand painted. Red velvet pincushion looks like a bouquet of flowers. In great condition, but has one small chip on the top back of bouquet(see yellow circled area in pics), not noticeable when displayed. Any questions just ask. Offers welcome!
