Antique brooch

Note...air pod for sizing only. Rhinestone and pearl pin/brooch. Due to age (belonged to my mother who passed last year at 103), most likely pearls, but unsure. Have otger pieces in my closet. No missing stones. Have not cleaned. Metal setting.
