Antique blue slag cherub decor plate

Up for grabs is an absolutely awesome piece of decor! This beautiful Dithridge blue slag milk glass cherub and floral pattern palte is from the late 1800s. You can see (photo) where the white and blue swirl together on the back. Theres no makers mark but it is stamped 209. Also including the spring holder/wall hanger.
