Antique black stone soapstone carved Ganesh deity statue for alter. I don’t know a lot about this statue and I believe it is soapstone as the stone itself scratches a bit easily.. it is heavy and cold to the touch. this came from the estate of a man who was a international banking lawyer here in PDX. He had many amazing world objects.
