@jd6669 Other than the measurements provided I don't have an exact answer. I've not applied Modern day cigarette sizes into the equation, although it should accommodate those.
History on WW1 Cigarettes is fascinating, different sizes, shapes, filter, non filter and thickness. Soliders could also have used Hand paper rolled with loose tobacco. Thanks for asking ๐๐
