Antique Vintage Ultrametl Metal Children's Patio Lawn Chair 1940's

Childs size lawn chair from the 30 maybe 40's. I can't find anything about the Ultrametal Company online, it's just so old. Repainted in an Antique teal color. The color in the photo's match real life color. Family heirloom. I was warned about not standing in the seat. There is a great danger of the chair flipping backwards and the heavy metal removing fingers. I was also warned about the old wringer washer tub in my youth. Just sayin, make sure any little one knows the rules of sitting on their bottom in this chair.
