I have not been able to test this to see if it works. Great conversation piece or could be used as a theater or film prop. Yes the dial does rotate. Note: Due to weight, this cannot be bundled with additional items. Questions? Leave a comment below!

cottagegifts @goodgaudy Thanks! Yes, I actually remember using rotary phones (older relatives still had them when I was a kid). They are just like very slow fidget spinners. 🤭

cottagegifts @breezy300 😊I hated how slow they were, but in a way it was nice when things were slower! We were forced to slow down.

breezy300 @cottagegifts I agree. I liked the push button better, but it was nice to sit talking to friends. I was on someone's landline recently and it was so much clearer than my cell phone--it was shocking!

kathys64kitchen
kathys64kitchen Hi there has it been rewired so I can plug it in to my current connection in my home. In the old days, the phone company wired it straight to the wall now you need to clip. I’m sure you understand what I’m asking. Thanks in advance.

cottagegifts @kathys64kitchen I am sorry, I don’t know if it works.

breezy300 @cottagegifts, you might be able to look at the end of the connection of the phone and if it has the little clip that plugs into the modem in the wall, then it's wired properly for @kathys64kitchen situation.
