It has gorgeous curly fluffy ostrich feathers in beautiful condition. Unbranded. Inner diameter of hat is 7" (front to back) and 6.5" (side to side) Outer diameter of hat (to the outer edges of the feathers, not the brim) is 12" (front to back) and13" (side to side)
