Antique Vintage English Biscuit Barrel Turned Table Lamp

Unique antique wood English biscuit barrel-caddy turned table lamp. Look this up on Google. Last I checked it did not work. May need some tuning or rewire however it is an expensive valuable piece. Willing to let it go. Missing top piece closure you can get whatever color you like at hardware store. Looks lovely in counter.
