Antique Vintage 1920's Japanese traditional silk Yuzen Homongi kimono

Incredibly rare, vintage, early 1920's Japanese, traditional silk kimono, purchased from Japan. The saturated colors are absolutely stunning, as is the floral pattern throughout the kimono and at the lower half as well. Medium weight, fully lined. This is a Yuzen Homongi Kimono, please see pictures, it is beautiful and unusual. Exterior is Rinzu silk. Technique: Yuzen Length: 66” from shoulder to bottom. Width: 23” from shoulder seam to shoulder seam. Condition: light age stains can be seen all over the garment, but in general it’s in good condition considering it’s age. Quality silk specific to that time creates its softness & smoothness. Rose motif which has not been seen by then reflects free thinking at this time. This homongi embraces both gentleness & beauty.
