Antique Victorian portrait art with bubbles in glass, ornate wood frame

Lovely piece. The tear drop looking things on glass is bubbles! It doesn’t photograph well but they are very pretty in person. Very rare and shows the age of the piece. There is some chips in finish of frame. The edges of paper shows some age discolor....SS 20
