Antique Victorian Silver Hand Mirror

Beautiful mirror being sold "As Is". The handle has broken off. I cannot make out the markings. I don't know if it's sterling silver or silver plate, but I do know it's over 100 years old. Mirror has typical age stains, beveled glass. Approximate measurements are 6 1/4" mirror and 3.5" handle, 1/4" edge thickness, 3/4" with mirror.
