Excellent antique condition with all 12 of its original base feathers and accent ostrich feathers. Likely a wedding piece as it is embroidered with satin ribbons and bows. Handle is wrapped in super supple hand-stitched suede. There are inventory catalogue markings on one quill which I do not dare to remove.
