Antique Treen 19th Century English Victorian Cherry Wood Barrel String Holder

* A rustic Nineteenth Century English string holder in the form of a barrel. This is a wonderful primitive collectible! * The barrel is made of cherry wood. The string is dispensed through the hole at the top. The barrel opens by unscrewing the two sections. * The Barrel is in Very Good antique condition. It opens and closes easily. There is one crack in the top section as seen in the photos. It does not affect the proper functioning on the barrel. The Barrel has a rustic patina. * Circa: Late 19th Century * Dimensions: Height 5.5”, 3.25” Width, Depth 3.25”. It weighs 7.41 ounces or 210 grams.
