Antique Tapestry Woven Tablecloth Piano Scarf Jewish Star Of David Religious Coverlet Antique Textiles Deep jewel tones run through this exotic piece. One large medallion surrounded by linear patterns, the border features a woven star of David and other symbolic language. Fringed edges on all four sides. The piece is in fair condition, still an antique, check pictures for any blemishes on only 1 side. Was found in Colorado home built in 1890. Measures approx 53x53 in square with fringe edges (We have not tried to clean the spots.) *As with all loved vintage pieces, please expect minor imperfections and character. Use as wall hanging, piano scarf, table cloth, prayer blanket ~ or magic carpet. This antique tapestry is woven in blue, red, green and gold and has a fabulous Arabian-like design. It will look wonderful on a wall, quilt stand, ceiling - or piano! No synthetic threads here - it is woven with cotton and silk. One side is a looser weave and shows more threads and is much brighter. The other side is not as bright and has a camel colored base.
