bestdog177 Hi! I love and collect vintage purses. I thought I would share my knowledge that it is a monogram and looks like the letters FRC. R would be the surname. Probably dated around 1890’s to 1900’s. The Victorian era loved this beautiful ornate items. Pretty piece!
