Antique Sterling Ring with Red Garnet? Stone and One of a Kind Boho Design

Antique Ring marked Siam Sterling is a brassy sort of a color and does have what looks like a rust spot on the front but is still a gorgeous ring. I am unsure about the stone type but comes up as garnet on google lens. Size 7 but it does have a band installed to make the ring smaller which could easily be removed if you need a larger size. Great craftsmanship
