Antique Solid Brass Wall Plate - Foil Picture - HTF!

Antique, rare or hard to find, made in England, this round solid brass wall plate has an embossed design around the picture opening, as well as the wass hanger made into the back. The brass has not been polished, nor has any restoration, touch ups, etc. been done.
