Antique Real Photo Under Glass Paperweight City Savings Bank Albany New York No cracks or chips. There are surface scratches on top and bottom. The photo itself has a little wear. I believe the darker spot in the sky is probably too much glue used to put the picture on the bottom. The white stuff around the edges of the photo on the back easily scratches off with your fingernail. The picture is loose on one side. 2 1/2" x 4"
