Antique Plate Silesia FLORAL DECORATED 9" PLATE W/ PIERCED HANDLES!

This is a beautiful plate I hung on my wall for years. It is delicate and sweet with the cut-outs on top and bottom. It has hairline cracks running through it so it would not be suitable to use for food serving. It has a wall bracket on the back for hanging.
