dlynda29 That is a cabinet card from the late 1800’s -early 1900’s. Very awesome. Some of them (especially children) are post-mortem. Pictures were not affordable at the time and with plagues….. they pictured past ones as though alive to keep their memory. I just wonder with this one, if the baby is actually a post-mortem. Hands are darker and there is a curtain close behind. Many time they use wood and other ways to prop them up. I’m sorry to let you know this, but is very true.
