Antique Northwood Glass Green Handled Sandwich Tidbit Tray

Antique Northwood Glass Green Handled Sandwich Tidbit Tray Beautiful tidbit tray. It has an attached piece of tape on the bottom saying that it was a wedding present in 1935. I thought it might glow, but does not seem to, however there does seem to be something that is glowing under the black light. Please see the photos for condition and the measurements. There is a straw mark on the base near the center. Lovely estate item!
