Antique, hand carved individual caviar serving baskets set of three. These were each hand carved from a single shell, then polished to bring out the lovely mother of pearl opalescent hues. They were crafted in New Orleans around the turn of last century, and placed at individual place settings in the golden age Big Easy restaurants including Arnaud’s (where these beauties were originally acquired). Please note they are very small (being used for individual appetizers), and today are often used as individual salt cellars placements (please wash immediately after use if filled with salt).
