Antique Mexican Turquoise Sterling Brooch

Absolutely gorgeous Antique Brooch. Has a beautiful piece of turquoise stone and is set in a very detailed sterling silver setting. The back is signed by the maker, which I cannot make out. Also marked Sterling Silver 925. This looks Mexican to me , but I can’t be sure. Beautiful as is, but how awesome would this be as a necklace pendant?
