Antique Metal Musical Powder Puff Box

Possibly 1920s, 1930s Powder puff music box or trinket box. Music box works , CLOCK DOES NOT WORK. I don't recognize the song it plays and the last photo shows one of the wooden beaded foot has been replaced. Plays very well , clean and looks nice for its age.
