Antique Landscape painting oil on board

This is a stunning antique landscape oil painting on board. It features mountains, a rowboat, marsh and trees. It is between 75 to 100 years old in mint condition. I am downsizing my art collection. The colors on this painting are just beautiful especially in the light. The antique frame is an excellent condition. This was purchased at Sotherby’s auction in New York 40 years ago. It is signed however, I no longer can read the signature. Please see pictures. It is 16 1/2 inches long by 14 1/2 inches high.
