Antique Iris Lusterware Lidded Sugar and Creamer Unger and Schilde Circa 1906+

⏰Final price! This antique sugar and creamer set is really special. The pieces have a lovely shade of green with a luster finish. The feature a classic scene in a raised “Wedgewood style.” The maker is Porcelain Manufactory Ungar & Schilde. The company was started in 1881, in Germany, and this pattern was first produced circa 1906. The sugar bowl, with the lid on stands about 4” tall, and the creamer at about 3”. The condition of these pre-owned antique pieces is really good for their age! There are no cracks or chips! There is some wear that is consistent with their age. For instance, the gold trim around the top of the pieces is just about completely worn away. Years of use will do that! The other imperfections you should take a look at in the photos, are some issues from production. The lid, in particular, has some places where the porcelain was left with little bumps on the underside of the lid, and a tiny one on the top of the lid.
