Antique Haviland & Co. Limoges France 8 3/4" Plate with Pink & Blue Flowers

This piece has one chip and some wear considering its age but otherwise in overall good condition. This plate measures about 8 3/4 inches wide. This plate was made in or before 1914 based on the stamp. Congress required in 1914 to add "Made In" along with the country name and because this does not have have the "Made In" stamp it is definitely antique.
