Antique Handpainted Silesia Rose Plate

Vintage EUC, 1940’s, hand painted, colors still vibrant, some of the gold edging is worn but great shape for age, no cracks, a few flea bite marks on the underside, the mark on the back is a Crowned OH above the Silesia, not sure but think made in Germany
