Antique German Porcelain Carl Tielsch Floral Dish Altwasser Germany Late 1800's - Early 1900's Stamped in Green "C.T. Germany" with the Eagle No cracks or chips, please see photos. I believe this may have been from a children's tea set, however I used it as a trinket dish.
