Glows without black light! Some of the pics are shot with natural light on black, artificial light & ofcourse a black light I got off Amazon. Under Black light this glows bright florescent green. 1920s Fenton I do believe and though its difficult to show, this glowing handled tray has a slight irredescence/carnival finish to it. I suspect since this piece is near or over a century/100 years old that the irredescence has worn a bit but does not detract from the stunning beauty.
