Antique Full Leather Complete Poetical Works of Lord Byron 1865

Antique 19c copy of The Complete Poetical Works of Lord Byron, published New York 1865. Full tooled leather book with gilded fore edges and raised banded decorative spine. Gilded Byron and tooling on both front and back covers. Illustrations throughout and an ex Libris and inscription for Horace Hill dated 1866. The binding is tight but there is cracking to the hinge so you’ll need to take care and never open it to 90 degrees! Some bumping and leather loss to corners and mild discoloration to interior pages but nothing major. Overall a fine copy! Hefty book weighing in at about 2lbs.
