Antique French Perfume Bottle Marny Blue Cut Clear Glass Atomizer Non Working

Antique cut glass perfume atomizer from France. It is marked Marny. The cobalt blue cut to clear glass bottle has a gold tone lid & atomizer. The atomizer seems to have seized up over the years and at the moment is non-functioning. I am not sure if it's reversible. Overall, it is in lovely shape and has no chips or cracks. There is light wear to the atomizer and is not functioning. The bottle has been sanitized but still has a trace of old perfume. Approx. Size: 3 1/4"d X 1"h
