Antique Floral Embroidery Black Silk Piano Shawl Fringe Two Sided Silk Flapper 1910 - 1930s Manton de Manila Approximate Measurements Lay Flat 50" x 52.5" Measurements do not include the fringe Multicolor: Black, red, blue, purple, pink, orange Rare, only found a couple of piano shawls available in the U.S., none are the same design as this one. There is a tiny hole in the middle of the shawl (this doesn't really matter as the shawl needs to fold into a triangle) and a hole near the fringe, measuring about 1.25" The embroidery on this shawl is just stunning. I took a chance on it at a neighbor's estate sale, thinking it's just too gorgeous to be a table cloth. I thought it might be a table cloth because of its size. Pre-owned by a neighbor.
