Antique Elgin Watch 19369699 Wadsworth Referee case 2851858 stretch band

Elgin Watch 19369699 -according to Elgin website, this was made around 1917. Three-quarter plate design. Pendant wind and set. Wadsworth Referee case 2851858 -according to Wadsworth database this is gold-filled. Removable stretch band has patent 12819 on it - very well made. The watch is running but I cannot set the time and don’t want to pull the stem further. Excellent condition.
