Antique EAPG Dagger Pitcher Etched & Raised Floral Pattern 7.25" Flowers Clear

Great condition with no chips or cracks. Handle has been applied. 7.25" tall. Even with some research I am unsure of the maker. I was able to find another very similar and it is claimed to be from the 1870s. I cannot verify this information any further.
