Antique Diamond Match Company Tin Metal Hinged Box Collectible Rare

The Diamond Match Company was a prominent match manufacturer in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. This collectible tin dates from the late 1800s to the 1910s. It was used for storing matches produced by the Diamond Match Company. The lid of the box is hinged, allowing it to be opened and closed. This item is over 115 years old, therefore there are signs of age and use as described below: • metal discolorations and spots of rust • marks/scratches • cream colored paint spot on bottom • light surface dents in some areas • lid does not have smooth closure however it is easy to close and has a secure closure Other than these normal signs of age and use, the box is in good sturdy condition with no broken parts.
