Antique Decorative Clear Glassss Luncheon Plates & Teacups (2 Servings Each)

From the 1950’s women used to have the girls over for lunch quite commonly and then they have been used for bridal and baby showers quite often ov the years. They are like new condition with no chips, scratches or flaws and because of the weight I can only sell sets of 2 plates and 2 cu at a time (without packaging 4.4 lbs) so after really good packaging will tot 5 lbs. which is max for regular shipping fee. If you want 4 settings you’ll have to pay the up charge but in my experience it’s best to buy in separate orders. I have probably at least 10 settings. So when you plac an order for one you’ll receive 2 of ea cups and plates. If you look closely you’ll even see these have a corner spot for parking a cigarette (which almost everyone used to smoke in that era but who the heck would smoke & eat at the same time or even put their ash on same plate as their food !! Seems so funny now a days 🤪) We sure have come a long ways since then but definitely a conversation piece and just a fun way for having friends over!! (Another thing I find interesting about these plates is back then they ate so much less than we seem to now at a meal because they would set their cup on one of the two divided sections I think & use the other for ashtray!) But even if they didn’t use it that way they only measure about 10”by 6” cups hold about 6oz at most so they were eating more health conscious portions than most do now. Otherwise you can fit your main entree & 2 sides.
