Antique and classical portrait painting of a Victorian woman. Her piercing blue eyes matches the fancy blue dress with puffy sleeves and white lace neck. Fashionable coiffures with ringlets bun completes her classical and polished look. Unique brown velvet framed the painting. Approximate size with frame: Length 19 1/2" x Width 23 1/2". Approximate weight: 2 lb 13.5 oz. Besides the velvet frame in the front of the painting, the wood frame is exposed, as shown in the third picture from the last. The painting is in excellent condition, but some of the velvet frame faded in color, as shown in the last two pictures. Offers are welcomed
