Antique China Head Doll, Porcelain Doll, Blonde with Full Body, For Repair

For repair / restoration, in as-found condition. Beautiful antique ‘China-head doll,’ with a full body and blonde hair. She wears a long handmade dress, fabric appears to be a cream colored cotton with simple ruffle details, and the cutest brown stockings - each decorated with a pale blue silk ribbon. The head is a finely painted porcelain ceramic bust, with bisque hands. One arm is detached, the other held by loose stitches. Body appears to be made up of leather stuffed with sawdust - one knee has split at the back. Overall stiffened with age. Signed ‘Jane Henning 1900’ across legs. Dress is held closed at the back with a safety pin. Overall wear, residue and dust is present. Please see all photos. Measurements pictured.
